Custom-Made Policy
All our wallpapers and murals are made-to-order and customized specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started.
We kindly ask you to double-check your wall measurements and order details before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@wallmuralhouse.com with:

Clear photos of the damage/issue

Your order number
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since every product is custom-made, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong measurements provided by the customer, or color variations due to screen differences.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
However, this legal right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products such as our wallpapers and murals.
Refunds

If a replacement is not possible (e.g., material out of stock), we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
