Shipping Policy

PROCESSING (PRODUCTION) TIME
• All wallpapers and murals are made-to-order.
• Production starts after payment is confirmed and, if applicable, your proof/measurements are approved.
• Typical production times:
– Samples: 1–3 business days
– Standard murals/wallpapers: 3–7 business days
– Large/custom sets: 5–10 business days
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

CARRIERS & SERVICE
• We ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS (and occasionally other reputable carriers as needed).
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
• High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.
• Transit time estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by your local authority.
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout unless explicitly stated.
• If you refuse a shipment due to duties/taxes, original shipping and any return fees may be deducted from a refund if applicable.

ADDRESS POLICY
• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for courier services; please provide a physical street address.
• Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

MULTIPLE PARCELS
• Large orders may ship in multiple boxes. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

ORDER INSPECTION & DAMAGE WINDOW
• Please inspect your package upon delivery.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number at hello@wallmuralhouse.com.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office.
• Report missing packages to us within 48 hours of the “Delivered” scan.
• We will assist with a carrier investigation. Please note theft after delivery and incorrect addresses are outside our responsibility; signature service can be requested before shipping.

UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED PACKAGES
• Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to address issues may be returned to us by the carrier.
• Reshipping is available at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

BACKORDERS & MATERIAL AVAILABILITY
• In the rare event of material stock issues, we will notify you promptly with options (revised lead time, alternative material, or order cancellation with refund).

TRANSFER OF RISK
• Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
